One thing i have learned over the years about my body which is very simple. That you will never be satisfied with your current body state, and would do anything to improve it and take it to the next level. I am no different.
After years of trial and errors on and with my body be it supplements, diet plans, training regimes or even anabolics, i have realized that fitness is just a state of mind, which we need to take control of.
