Don’t you come across people who are super fit and are defying the age with every passing year. They continue to look better every year, by challenging their bodies to different limits. We often wonder in sheer disbelief that what exactly these people are doing to look so fit.

HERE IS THE SECRET

Let me tell you what these people are doing! Its their twenty four hours discipline and commitment to the fitness lifestyle. And their ability to say no to things which they should not be doing.

Fitness has and will always be a mental challenge. If you see a woman with a great figure or a man with a chiseled body, you can be rest assured that this person is married to a fitness lifestyle and is disciplined.

FIT PEOPLE ARE MENTALLY STRONG

People with great bodies are mentally strong. Not only this reflects on their training style but also their diet. I am yet to come across a fit person who has deviated from his/her diet. They have a bigger picture in mind, on how unfit ehy would become if they were to eat junk.

FIT PEOPLE ARE LIKE SOLDIERS

Fit people are like warriors, their conditioning is no less than any army training. Eating on time, sleeping on time, staying away from alcohol and drugs, They have mastered the art of discipline.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED TO DO

Its that simple! there is no magic training program, no miracle diet or any personal training. Its just our mental conditioning. How badly do you want a body of your dreams. It is your desire which will get you the results. You need to get desperate and breathe fitness every minute. You need to benchmark the body you want an work towards it

YOUR MOTIVATION WILL DRIVE YOU

Its not going to be easy. It will be very challenging. You would want to give in to the temptation of junk food. You would want to skip your training sessions, so you could sleep more in the morning. But this is where your desire and motivation will help you get pass all this.
