Here i am sure you don’t really care! Chances are you don’t mind being trained by a desi pehalwan, because as per you and many people in India, the desi pehalwan trainers are not so educated and solely train people basis their experience with weights and fitness. But are you ok with that considering here also it is your health which is at stake. Do you really want to risk your health!
DON’T JUST GET TRAINED BY ANYONE
I am by no means implying that these desi trainers are not good. Some of them may be even better than the certified professionals, but they are hard to find. And as educated professionals don’t just give your health to anyone. Think and weigh the pros and cons.
